Bamboo Yarn
We have a stable production of bamboo yarn with 1000MT/Month. We can mainly produce Ring-Spun, compact and Vortex MVS bamboo yarn. Count range can be Ne16 to Ne50, 100% bamboo and bamboo/cotton blended yarn. The quality is 5% higher of the levels of Uster Communique 2001. Our bamboo yarn, enjoy good prestige, is sold to the all parts of the country and even export to Italy, Japan, USA, etc.

Advantages of Bamboo Yarn
- Bamboo yarn is a renewable resource. Bamboo reproduces fast, and once planted they produce shoots and become the forest at the same year, and grow to full size in just 2 years and then can be cut. The entire plant is never harvested and re-growth occurs with astonishing rapidity.
- Bamboo yarn is naturally anti-bacterial. Bamboo fiber contains a naturally occurring anti-microbial agent, 'Bamboo kun', which prevents bacteria from cultivating on it. Even through processing into fabric and after many times washes, bamboo fabrics still retain their anti-bacterial function.
- Bamboo Yarn is Organic. The bamboo fiber in all our products are Oeko-Tex 100 certified, and made from OCIA & USDA-certified organically grown bamboo. Pesticides and fungicides are not used in the growing of bamboo as is it is seldom eaten by insects or infected by pathogens.
- Bamboo yarn is biodegradable. Textile made with bamboo yarn can be 100% biodegraded in soil by microorganism and sunshine. The decomposition process doesn't cause any pollution environment.
- Bamboo yarn is breathable. Because the cross-section of bamboo fiber is filled with various micro-gaps and micro-holes, so that it can evaporate sweat in a split second.
- Bamboo yarn is super soft and comfortable feeling. Bamboo fabric is softer than the cotton. It is even similar to the softness of silk and also has a natural sheen on the surface. At a microscopic level, bamboo fiber has a round and smooth surface. Because of this, it's very smooth and sits perfectly next to the skin.
- Bamboo yarn is Anti-UV. Fabric made of bamboo yarn is particularly suitable for performance and out-door exercise clothing.

Tips: If the antibacterial property is something you are looking for, stick with a 100 percent bamboo yarn or choose one that has at least 70 percent bamboo fiber for best results.
