QㄩWhat Products Can HelonTex Produce and Sell?: A: As a viscose type fiber manufacture, HelonTex has the production capacity of 20,000MT/Month. Nearly 90% of our viscose fiber consumed in Chinese domestic market. Our special products range includes bamboo fiber, jute viscose fiber, FR viscose fiber＃etc. Our spinning unit equipped with Maruta Vortex machinery, compact-spinning system and normal ring-spun machinery. We have 5 years bamboo fiber and 2 years Jute Viscose Fiber producing experience. Now we have a stable production of 36,000MT bamboo fiber, 10,000MT Jute Viscose Fiber and 12,000MT bamboo yarn per year.

Qㄩ Which Countries Have HelonTex Products Ever Been Exported?: Aㄩ Our bamboo fiber and jute viscose fiber have been exported to India, Turkey, Pakistan, Brazil, Taiwan, Korea＃etc. Our bamboo yarn, fabric, towel, and other finished products have been exported to UK, USA, Canada, France, Germany, Australia, Japan, Thailand, Spain ,Italy , Argentina, Portugal, Mexico , etc.

Qㄩ﹛ What is the delivery time of HelonTex Products?: Aㄩ In order to meet prompt delivery requirement of customers, we usually keep stock for popular products. For regular specification of Bamboo fiber (1.4D*38mm), Jute Viscose Fiber (1.33/1.56/1.67dtex), and bamboo yarn (NE20, NE30 and NE40, 100% Bamboo and 70/30 Bamboo/Cotton), we can ship the goods within 3 days after payment receipt. For irregular specifications products which are not running on our production line, delivery time will be within 15 days after payment receipt. For bamboo towels, fabrics and socks orders, delivery time will be 30-40days.

Qㄩ﹛ What is the general term of payment?: Aㄩ We accept 100% T.T payment, L/C at sight and 30% deposit / 70% before shipment.

Qㄩ﹛ How shall customer get samples from HelonTex?: Aㄩ Please select the products which you are interested. Send email to info@helontex.com attached with your full contact information, (E.g. Contact person, company name, address, tel, P.code) and freight collect courier account. Normally customer will bear the freight charge.

Qㄩ﹛ How much will it cost for samples?: Aㄩ For samples less than 500grams, we will send it FOR FREE, but customer has to pay for the freight charge. For small orders (E.g. 108cones yarn), customer has to pay for the sample cost and surcharge. Usually, sample orders price is a little bit higher than container＊s order.

Qㄩ﹛ How long will it take for sampling?: Aㄩ For regular specification sampling orders, delivery time will be 3-4 days after payment receipt. For irregular specification sample order which we do not keep in stock, delivery time will be 15-20days.

Qㄩ﹛ How long will HelonTex reply to customer inquiry?: Aㄩ Generally speaking, HelonTex will reply customers＊ inquire within 24 hrs. If customer does not get any reply within 2 days, we strongly recommend you to call us to avoid any loss of your mail or fax. We prefer to get inquiry by mail info@helontex.com and helontex@hotmail.com
