Our group's registered capital is USD 30,000, 000 which was founded in 1987. Our group company's main products are viscose staple fibre, viscose filament yarn and cotton pulp..etc. Our special products includes: jute viscose fibre, Flame retardant viscose fibre and bamboo fiber. As the overseas marketing office of our Group, HelonTex is mainly responsible for our group company's special products marketing and sales, such as bamboo fiber, Jute viscose fiber, Bamboo Yarn, Jute viscose yarn, Bamboo fabric, bamboo towel etc. The production capacity is 120,000MT/Year of viscose staple fiber, 6000MT/Year of viscose filament yarn, 36,000 MT bamboo fiber and 10,000MT jute viscose fiber.

Our main products-viscose fiber has received the ISO9001, ISO14001, Oeko-Tex 100 and OHSA18001 certificate of occupational health and safety system. Our products have a good reputation in china and overseas are sold to over 20 countries and regions such as Turkey , Europe , U.S.A etc.

In 2000, our group has invested a spinning mill in ShanDong province to produce specialized new type yarn. With a total investment of 400 million RMB Yuan, a registered capital of 80 million RMB Yuan and an occupied floor area of 100,000 Sq. m. the company boasts 80,000 ring-spinning spindles and 60,000 compact-spinning spindles respectively. And we have brought in 8 sets of Vortex equipments from Muratec. We have a stable production of bamboo yarn with 1000MT/Month. We can produce Ring-Spun, compact-spun, Vortex and open-end. Count range can be NE16 TO NE50, 100% bamboo and 70/30 bamboo/cotton.

The company＊s technology is first-class. It owns domestic advanced scutching flow of three sets of Jintan fly-frames, FA231 carding machine of Qingdao fly-frame, FA311F drawing frame of Shanxi, FA423A-132 flyer frame with hanging spindle, FA506 spinning frame, Tianjin GA013 spooler etc... We can produce all kinds of combed yarn and carded yarn from NE21 to NE80. The quality of the products is 5% higher of the levels of Uster Communique 2001. The company insists on taking the aim of Customer Satisfaction. It has taken the market demand as the direction and we have successfully developed the following new-type yarns such as bamboo fiber, Modal and Tencel etc. The products, enjoy good prestige, are sold to the all parts of the country and even export to Italy, Japan, USA, etc.
